Between Thursday 12 July 2018 and Friday 27 July 2018 we are inviting residents, business owners, employees and stakeholders in Leatherhead to take part in the first stage of consultation on the early proposals for the redevelopment of Claire House and James House, Leatherhead.

We anticipate submitting an outline planning application later this year and we have reached a key stage in the design process where we would really welcome your views on our current proposals.

Your views are important to us and we would welcome your feedback on our current proposals.  This first stage consultation is for the period Thursday 12 July 2018Friday 27 July 2018, with two public exhibition events at the Leatherhead Institute and an on-line public consultation, and we invite residents, business owners, employees and other stakeholders to share their views and provide feedback which we will carefully consider.

Public Exhibitions

The public exhibition dates have now passed but you still have the chance to take part online.

Online consultation

We have now uploaded all the information displayed at the public exhibition events under the proposals section of this website. Please take a look and comment via our share your views page before Friday 27 July 2018.

Your comments on the proposals

All comments received on the current proposals during this initial pre-application consultation period will be reviewed and analysed by the Transform Leatherhead officers and the wider professional Project Team members to help us assess the current proposals and inform the next stage of their development.

Further opportunities to comment on the development

This is a first stage consultation and there will be further opportunities to comment on the redevelopment of Claire House and James House.  Following the submission of the application for outline planning permission, and subsequently, an application for full planning permission, there will be further formal consultation periods and process. These consultations will all be publicised to enable you to share your views on the proposals.  However, your comments at this first stage will be carefully considered as we further develop the proposals and the design of the scheme and prior to any outline planning application being submitted.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to review the current proposals for this development.
